Workshop & Seminar Terms – The Artist’s Stop
Effective Date: 6/30/2025
These Terms apply specifically to workshops and seminars (“Workshops”) offered by The Artist’s Stop. By booking or attending a Workshop, you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
Workshops are group sessions delivered virtually or onsite (in-person) that provide artistic guidance, feedback, and shared experience. They are informational in nature and based on personal experience. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or mental-health services.
2. Booking & Payment
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
-
All sales are final — no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed attendance, or dissatisfaction.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Because Workshops are group events, they cannot be rescheduled or refunded if you cannot attend.
-
The Artist’s Stop reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Workshop. If this occurs, you will be offered either:
(a) a seat in a future Workshop, or
(b) a credit toward other services. -
If neither option is acceptable, a refund will be issued.
4. Guest Instructors
Some Workshops may include guest instructors or speakers. The Artist’s Stop reserves the right to substitute, reschedule, or cancel guest participation at its discretion. If a guest is unable to attend, The Artist’s Stop may either
(a) proceed with the Workshop,
(b) provide a substitute guest, or
(c) cancel or reschedule the Workshop.
If The Artist’s Stop cancels the Workshop entirely because the guest was essential, participants will be offered a refund or credit. No refunds will be issued solely for changes in guest participation unless The Artist’s Stop determines the Workshop cannot reasonably proceed without the guest.
5. Access & Materials
-
Workshops may be delivered live only. If a recording or supplemental material is provided, it is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

All intellectual property, including presentations and materials, remains the property of The Artist’s Stop. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own learning.

-
Missed access or technical failures on your side will not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
-
If a technical issue occurs on The Artist’s Stop’s end and prevents continuation, The Artist’s Stop will offer rescheduling, credit, or another appropriate solution.
7. In-Person / Onsite Workshops
-
By attending an in-person Workshop, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including travel, venue conditions, and participation in physical activities.
-
The Artist’s Stop is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or other incidents before, during, or after the Workshop, except in cases of gross negligence.
